These plans were created for a self-motivated individual, who has experience in the gym and doesn’t need their handheld throughout the process.

As soon as you purchase, I will reach out to answer any questions you may have before getting started, I want you to have a solid program. For your accountability and personal connection, I’ll also ask you to participate in a before & after photo and sharing your experience through your social media platform.
